Elegant cherry veneer secretaire from south Germany Biedermeier period. Four large drawers and fall front, all in book-matched veneer, fall front flanked by two pilasters embellished with bronze bases and capitals. Once opened, the interior reveals three additional drawers and two lockable doors. Center stage features mirror back and exotic wood veneers. The secretaire has been restored with respect for the original color and patina, and hand polished with natural shellac. The depth with fall front open is 41". All keys are included.
